Greg Welch is an assistant professor of chemistry in UCalgary's Faculty of Science and the Canada Research Chair in Solar Energy Materials and Devices. Greg is currently exploring the design and synthesis of organic pi-conjugated materials and investigating how these materials can be utilized in electronic devices. This area of research is critical to making advancements in next-generation energy conversion and storage devices.
David Wood is a professor at UCalgary's Schulich School of Engineering. He has been the NSERC/Enmax Industrial Research Chair in Renewable Energy since 2010.
