Gregory Lowan-Trudeau

Gregory Lowan-Trudeau is an assistant professor in UCalgary's Werklund School of Education. He is originally from the Treaty 7 region, of Métis, Norwegian, and Swiss-German ancestry, with family roots across the prairies and eastern woodlands. His research interests include Indigenous science and environmental education, Indigenous environmental knowledge and philosophy, renewable energy development, environmental health and justice, and social movement learning. He typically approaches these topics through interpretive and Indigenous research methodologies.
